Join in for a 10 minute GENTLE STRETCH AND FLOW ROUTINE for muscle recovery and mobility. Do this sequence after your workout or on your rest day. We'll perform some static stretches with a few flowing movements throughout. You'll recognize a couple of familiar YOGA postures within the routine as well.
