Vibrational exercises - 10 minute vibration machine workout for weight loss at home or how to get rid of cellulite with fitness vibration machine exercises. This workout is great for weight loss but also you will building strength and balance on your vibration plate. This is quite different but super challenging workout which you can try with me. We have 9 rounds each 60 seconds long with 10 seconds rest - break to reset and prepare for another exercises.
The main reason, why I am adding this workout to my routine is that I am looking for more ways how to work on lymphatic drainage and I would like to get rid of - reduce appearance of my cellulite if possible.

Vibration plate has many advantages:
*improving your muscle strength
*vibrations activate muscle fibers and stimulate blood circulation
*vibration plates create rapid vibrations which causes your muscles to contract and relax rapidly = intense workout that burns calories and strengthens your core muscles
*supports blood circulation and oxygen circulation, lymphatic drainage and joint pain relief
