Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 10-minute workout that you can do to improve your core strength. Having a strong core will have so many significant benefits on your football performance. Performing core exercises and having a strong core has been suggested that it can prevent injuries, relieve strain on the lower back, improve balance and stability, help you run faster, and make it easier to perform day-to-day activities. Look to perform the core workout in this video around 2-3 times a week. This workout is intense so if you find the workout too difficult look to increase the rest time and reduce the working time.
