Sour Curd : 1/4 cup
salt to taste
Backing powder : 1 tsp
Backing Soda : 1 tsp
Suga : 1 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
water As Required
Kalonji Seeds 1 tbsp or Black Sesame Seeds
Coriander
Butter As Required
For Chole :
Socked White Chana : 1 cup
Water 2 cup + tea 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Garlic : 5 Clove
Tej patta : 2 to 3
Black paper : 5 to 6
Moti Eilaichi : 1
Green Eilaichi : 2
Clove : 2 to 3
Ajma : 1 tsp
Oil : 1/4 cup
Green Chilli : 2
Garlic : 3 to 4 Clove
Ginger : 2 inch
Onion : 1 medium
Tomato Puree : 1 cup
Red Chilli powdwer : 1 tbsp
Anardana powder : 3 tbsp
Roasted Jeera powder : 1 tbsp
Dhana powder : 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi : 1 tbsp
Garam masala : 1 tbsp
Coriander
