[Ingredients]
8-10 shrimp(150g after peeling)
100g tapioca starch (If not, corn starch)
50ml water
100ml hot water
1 tbsp sugar (10g)
2 tsp salt (2 g)
2 tsp baking powder (2g)
2 tbsp shrimp oil (20g)

1. Starch can be substituted with corn starch, but it is better to use tapioca starch for a crispy texture

2. You can put the remaining dough in the refrigerator and bake the next day
