Pampushki with garlic is a very tasty Ukrainian pastry, it is usually baked with borscht.

Recipe: DOUGH
Flour - 1200 gr.
Milk - 690 ml.
4 eggs
Sugar - 60 gr.
Dry yeast - 18 gr. (or fresh - 54 gr.)
Oil - 90 ml.
Salt - 2.5 tsp.
Recipe: SNAP
Oil - 200 ml.
1 head of garlic
Green
A pinch of salt

This recipe is very tasty and is prepared quite quickly, thanks to the fact that I immediately kneaded the dough, and did not make the dough!)
