This is the West Coast Grand Prix of Karting Final held on 10/13/2024 at @WeatherTechRaceway_LagunaSeca In the stock @hondamotorcycles cr125 class. I ended up 6th out of 34 entries with this run. The action heats up about 15 minutes in and the spread between 3rd and 7th is about 1 second. My best lap in this moto was a 1:38.058 and most of my laps run were in the 38s.
Karting truly is the rawest form of road racing on 4 wheels, sittting less than 1 inch off the ground with only tires at roughly 8psi for suspension. I worked hard to get to the front battle but a few bobbles and badly timed traffic made it extremely difficult.
Its always a great time at Laguna!
