The 100tph crusher can achieve a reduction ratio of 40 to 1 in one pass, reducing the number of crushers needed and the load on the ball mill. It has a 200kW main motor. Electicity saving is around 70% with significant savings in down time and maintance costs. Reduction ratios can be set for different output sizes. The maximum input size is 120mm.
