One of the joys of cycling is being able to push your body to the limits. Doing this all the time also appeals to a certain kind of person. Someone who believes in the mantra, no pain no gain.But Riding your bike at a high intensity all the time will make you bike less.

Cross training - it's important to cross train, bone density problems
Basic bike maintenance - how to change a tire, properly lube a chain, I’d like to learn how to tune the derailleur on the bike.

Cycling for me is mostly a solitary activity, but when I find a good group to go on a bike ride with, it almost always makes the bike ride better. I think a lot of it is finding people who like riding the same way as you, people who you get along with, and also letting go of ego…
Training is best done solo. Intervals and even zone 2 work can be difficult when someone else is around.
NEed to practice basic bike handling skills - on easy days, I like to make sure that it incorporates some sort of offroad riding for some bike handling.
That mudguard is worth it.
