12v to 18v DC from 220v AC Converter for Battery Charger || Amazing Idea DIY

In this video, i will use a 12v 2 Amp Transformer and a fan speed controller to make a variable output voltage power supply for operating DC Motor and charging my 12v Batteries.
Capacitors are optional but their use makes the output dc line smooth.
