Banana Pancakes
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour*
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 small mashed ripe bananas
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup coconut sugar(or brown sugar)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Banana Bread
3 bananas mashed
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1.5 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cocoa combined with 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp instant coffee
350 for 40 minutes
Breakfast Casserole
3 cups leftover veggies from the fridge
10 eggs + 1/2 cup milk
salt, pepper, onion powder
1/2 cup cheese
350 for 30 minutes or until eggs are set
Beef Barley Soup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound beef cubes
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tsp onion powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
6 cups low sodium beef broth, or low sodium chicken broth, plus more as needed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
2 bay leaves
¾ cup pearl barley
Skillet Bread
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
 2 teaspoons honey
2 cups of warm water
 1/2 cup grated
1 tablespoon Dried rosemary
1 tablespoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt 
4 1/3 cup all purpose flour
Olive oil
Combine everything but olive oil, and allowed to rise for one hour. Transfer dough to oiled cast iron skillet, slash with a knife and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese, cover and allow to rise 15 to 20 minutes and bake at 400° for 35 minutes
Chicken and tortellini with Cream Sauce
1 lb chicken breast
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp italian blend
s+p to taste
12 oz tortellini
2 cups spinach
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Bone Broth Hot Chocolate
1/2 cup bone broth
1 cup raw milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
Homemade Good for you Marshmallows
1 cup water
3 tbsp grassfed bovine gelatin
1/2 cup maple syrup
1.5 tsp vanilla
Meatloaf
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground venison
2 cups oats
2 eggs
1 cup homemade ketchup(or 1/2 cup ketchup + 1/2 cup bbq sauce)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

bake at 350 for 1 hour
