Follow my Slow Morning Routine on a sunny spring morning on the Swedish west coast. I also share my favourite granola recipe and show you how I refresh last week´s bouquet without having to buy all new flowers. We hope you will enjoy today’s video, please like & subscribe and leave a comment down below. Recipe for my favourite granola: INGREDIENTS 1 cup almonds 1 dl hazelnuts 2 cups mixed nuts (I used walnuts and pecans) 1 dl sunflower seeds 1 dl pumpkin seeds 1/2 dl peeled sesame seeds 1 tablespoon cardamom 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla powder Barely 1/2 dl of water 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 1 tablespoon honey DO THIS Set the oven to 150 degrees. Coarsely chop all the nuts Mix all the nuts, seeds and spices together in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Stir the honey and water into the melted coconut oil. Pour the mixture over the nuts and seeds. Mix well. Pour onto a baking sheet and spread evenly. Leave in the oven for about 20 minutes. I usually set the timer first for 10 minutes and stir well and then let the granola sit for another 10 minutes. Stir well when you take the granola out of the oven. Let stand and cool. Served with yogurt and fresh berries or on your omelet or whatever you feel like. ENJOY!
