In this video number {1305} SMPS Power Adapter Low Output Voltage || Output Decrease When Load is Connected. I explained how to repair 8 volt 500 milliampere charger power adapter. it was providing low output 5 volt instead of 8 volt rated voltage. when load connected the output was dropping to just 1 volt. i found that the output polar capacitor got disconnected from the OCB track. afetr resoldering that capacitor, the output volatge obtained 8 volt level. but the output was intermittent. that problem solved by removing broken piece of wire from output cable.
