15 Min Basic Footwork Session At Home | Beginner Friendly

After the live workout for Basic Racket Skills (you can find it here: https://youtu.be/JO4-mAiNhE0) I also wanted to design a session for basic Footwork Skills in Badminton. In this workout I guide you through several exercises to improve or learn the split step as well as basic lunges to the front court and the sides. All exercises can be done at home if you have a little bit of space (around 3m x 1,5m) four markers and Indoor shoes. The exercises are beginner friendly but they can also help experienced players to improve the fundamentals of their badminton footwork and also increase their badminton specific fitness, without the needs of a court or partner.
