15 Minute Daily Stretch Routine for Desk Workers (Undo the Effects of Sitting!)

What's up, gang? Been a while since I made a follow-along video. I hope those of you who are feeling tight from working at a desk all day stumble upon this video and put it to good use. There are 6 stretches in this flexibility routine that's designed specifically for desk workers. It focuses on opening up the internal rotators (pecs and lats), opening the hips, plus stretching the muscles of the thighs and neck that can get tight from poor posture. The key here is to do this short routine DAILY. I recommend at last once a day, whether morning or evening, but if you can do this twice a day then that's even better. We're only stretching each muscle for 1 minute in this routine, so more is better in this case. Also, focus on good posture as you sit at your desk all day. Don't slouch or fold up.
