15 Minute Standing Pilates with Weights Full Body Workout for Balance, Strength and Mobility
Join me for a 15-minute Standing Pilates full-body workout designed to increase strength, improve balance, and build muscle tone. This intermediate-level session is suitable for all ages and starts with a warm-up before progressing to more challenging exercises. Stick with it to the end, as this routine will raise your heart rate, test your coordination, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
For today’s session, I’m using 2KG weights (link: https://amzn.to/4b5TxLG) to intensify the workout. However, you can use lighter weights, water bottles, or no weights at all, adjusting the intensity to suit your needs.
