There are a multitude of signals across the HF shortwave spectrum. This video focuses specifically on the "170 meter" band or 1705 - 1800 khz (there isn't an official designation for 170 meters - but that frequency range is 176-166 meters). This is a highly unusual band that is difficult for most shortwave listeners either due to the limited frequency range of shortwave radios, remoted locations too distant from stations or limited antennas.
