Hardee's/Carls Jr. Smoked sausage breakfast sandwiches (1 breakfast sandwich per serving)
6 eggs
1 package of Smoked sausage
6 slices American Cheese
1 package of English Muffins
Cut each smoked sausage link into 3rds and butterfly them. Fry sausage in a skillet on both sides. Fry 6 eggs individually (break yolks if desired). Assemble sandwiches with prepared sausage and eggs, a split English muffin and a slice of American cheese. Wrap in wax or parchment paper and store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Reheating: if refrigerated microwave for 45 to 50 seconds. If frozen microwave for 60 to 75 seconds.
McDonald's Breakfast Burritos (2 burritos per serving)
6 eggs
6 flour tortillas
6 slices American Cheese
Rotel
Cut sausage links into bite sized pieces and scramble 6 eggs, for fluffier eggs add a splash of water when scrambling. Pan fry sausage and add eggs until cooked. Top 6 tortillas with 1/3 of a cup of sausage mixture, a spoonful of drained rotel, and a slice of American cheese. Wrap in wax or parchment paper and store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Reheating: if refrigerated microwave for 45 to 50 seconds. If frozen microwave for 60 to 75 seconds.
KFC Famous bowls (makes 4 meals)
2 packets of buttery homestyle mashed potatoes
1 packet of brown gravy mix
2 bags of spicy chicken nuggets or chicken fries
1 can of corn or 1 bag of frozen corn
1/2 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix gravy packet with 2 cups of cold water. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and whisk in buttery homestyle potatoes. Boil corn if frozen or just drain if canned. Cook gravy on stovetop until thickened and heat chicken nuggets in the air fryer/oven/stovetop as desired.
Assemble bowls with 1 cup of mashed potatoes each, 1/2 cup of corn, a generous drizzle of brown gravy. Evenly distribute chicken nuggets and cheese between containers. Store in fridge for up to 5 days (do not recommend freezing if avoidable)

Taco Bell Enchirito Bowls (makes 6 meals)
1/2 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can of chili
1 can of refried beans
1 can of enchilada sauce
2 bags of microwave Spanish rice
6 flour tortillas
I mixed my Spanish rice with my leftover corn and rotel but that's optional. Mix together chili and refried beans. Add 1/2 cup of beef and bean mixture to each flour tortilla, fold and place in container. Distribute spanish rice evenly between 6 meals. Top each tortilla with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese.
Reheating: Microwave for 90 seconds
