After harvesting my first broccoli from my home garden, I made breakfast on the wood stove in the greenhouse in the garden.
Fry the broccoli in a skillet with plenty of oil, then drop in the egg and once the white has set, it's done! This is a super easy breakfast 🍳
Broccoli is a favorite food of our pet dog, Momo, a border collie, so she was mesmerized and excited by the smell (lol).
