My Aunt and Uncle picked this 1960s Buddy L United Stated Postal Service U.S. Mail Van up from an antique store July of 2020. It was in definite need of restoration. The plastic chassis was broken, one rear door was missing, the seat was broken off and missing and overall just needed much love. During the restoration process my buffing wheel caught the windshield and due to having no time to get a replacement it forced me to create a vacuum formed windshield. I was not real happy with how it turned out however I was very happy with the quality being I have never vacuum formed anything before. The only other thing that I wasn't really happy about was my Powder coat lines. They were not as straight as I wanted them, but for only being my second ever multi color powder coat job I was happy with the progress. Let me know in the comments what you think of the video!!
