1965 Ford Budget Build, WIN or FAIL?

After 5 years on the lift this rotted out 1965 ford econoline gets to go out for its 1st legal ride in 25 years. but not before all the small finishing touches get taken care of. thank you all that have been patient with me getting to this point,
