1968 Mr. Basketball Billy Shepherd of Carmel and grandson Trey Page, a sophomore at Sheridan who is averaging 16.2 points per game. Carmel will honor Shepherd's father, Bill Shepherd, a longtime coach and athletic director at the school, by naming the basketball court after him during a ceremony at halftime of Saturday's game against Westfield.
