1970, Bishop Rock lighthouse Relief, Isles of Scilly, Keeper supply and transfer, 8mm, Cine Reel
Taken from an 8mm reel of a 1970 Holiday, here is the Bishop Rock lighthouse relief. Before automation, a hugely popular event was the Bishop Rock lighthouse relief. The keepers and supplies were manually hauled up and down 45ft to the set off. With thanks to the Callen family for this wonderful footage shot by Don Callen.
8mm professionally transferred by TVV Productions using high res, frame-by-frame scanning for the best possible results.
