It's week one in the National Football League and the St. Louis Rams face the Baltimore Ravens in their 1999 season opener. After finishing 4-12 a year ago, the Rams are hoping to turn things around in year three under head coach Dick Vermeil. The strong St. Louis defense has returned looking to cap off another good season. Meanwhile, the offense has greatly improved with the additions of running back Marshall Faulk and rookie wide receiver Torry Holt. Offensive Coordinator Mike Martz joined the Rams in the off-season from Washington. Veteran receiver Isaac Bruce returns to St. Louis after a hamstring injury limited him for most of the '98 season. The only question mark the Rams have on offense is the quarterback. Who is Kurt Warner?
