✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Dosa
* Puffed Rice(खील/मुरमुरे) - 2 Cup
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Semolina(सूजी) - 1/2 Cup
* Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1/4 Cup
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/8 Tsp
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - 1/2 Spoon
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 1/4 Cup
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1/4 Cup
For Filling
* Oil (तेल) - Some
* Mustard Seeds(राई) - Some
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - Some
* Asafoetida(हींग ) - 1/4 Tsp
* Curry leaves(करी पत्ता) - Some
* Green chili(हरी मिर्ची) - 1
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - Some
* Boiled Potatoes(उबले आलू) - 2
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
For Sambhar
* Oil (तेल) - 1 Spoon
* Mustard Seeds(राई) - Some
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - Some
* Asafoetida(हींग) - Some
* Curry leaves(करी पत्ता) - Some
* Dry red chili(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 1
* Green chili(हरी मिर्ची) - 1
* Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - Some
* Sambhar Masala(सांभर मसाला) - 1 Spoon
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Moong Dal(मूंग दाल) - 1 Bowl
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Citric Acid(साइट्रिक एसिड/निम्बू का सत) - 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
For 2nd Recipe
* Batter(बैटर)
* Carrot(गाजर)
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
* Mustard Seeds(राई) - Some
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - Some
* White sesame seeds(सफ़ेद तिल) - Some
* Curry leaves(करी पत्ता) - Some
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Oil(तेल)
✍🏻RECIPE:
For Filling, take a pan, put Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Green chili,Onion, Turmeric powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Mango Powder, Boiled Potatoes, Coriander in it Leaves then Mix it well then take it out in a Plate.
For Sambhar, In the same pan, put Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Green chili, Onion, Turmeric powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Sambhar Masala in it. Then add Moong dal, Salt, Citric Acid, Coriander Mix it and boil it for some time.
For Dosa Batter, In a Big bowl, Add Puffed Rice, Water wash it Then soak it For 10 mins & keep a side. After 10 mins Then Drain out the Water. in mixer jar add Washed Puffed Rice, Semolina, Curd, Water Grind it well & keep in side For 5 mins.
After 10 min batter take it out in big bowl and add Sugar Powder, Salt, Wheat Flour, Gram Flour mix it well On Non Stick Tawa,slow down the flame,spread Dosa batter, put Coriander Leaves, Oil, Potato Filling and turn the flame medium. In this way,you can make Crispy Dosa on Non-Stick Pan.Follow the Tips & Tricks shown in Video for Perfect & Crispy Dosa at home.
For 2nd Recipe, In a big bowl add Batter, Carrot, Capsicum, Tomato, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder Mix it well then add Eno Fruit Salt Then take a pan add Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin seeds, White sesame seeds Curry leaves then put Dosa Mixture & some Oil on it. Cover & cook till it is golden Serve the tasty 2 Types Recipe with Souce, Chutney & enjoy. In this way, 2 types of recipe will get ready so easily.
