On this episode of Mapping It, we're spending 2 days in Iceland! We want to see and do as much as possible on this trip so we're renting a car. Iceland is filled with dramatic landscapes that are surprisingly accessible, even on a quick 48 hour stopover, and it's a road tripper's dream! We visit some of the most popular spots on the South Coast of Iceland including Skogafoss and Seljandsfoss, but we also manage to find some hidden gems that are much more secluded and slightly off the beaten path.
