Method Take about 1/2 kg of pidi karunai Add 1 big lemon size tamarind Add little water and cook Mash the cooked yam Add little water and make it semi solid Season the items with oil Mix the paste with seasoned items Add salt Add little lemon after the masiyal got cold. This masiyal can be used with chappati, rice with vatha kuzhambu.
