今回は、さくらレアチーズケーキを作りました☆桜のゼリーと桜のレアチーズケーキの2層になっています☆桜のゼリー部分には、桜の塩漬けをのせて華やかに仕上げました♪混ぜて冷やすだけなので、簡単に作れます☆桜の香りがして、さらにとても滑らかで美味しいので、是非作ってみてください☆

This time, I made Sakura rare cheesecake.
It has two layers, cherry jelly and cherry rare cheesecake.
The jelly part of the cherry blossoms is topped with salted cherry blossoms for a gorgeous finish ♪ It's easy to make because it's just mixed and cooled ☆ The scent of cherry blossoms makes it even more smooth and delicious, so please try it.

【材料】
◎レアチーズケーキ
・ビスケット 70g
・無塩バター 30g
・クリームチーズ 200g
・生クリーム 200g
・グラニュー糖 40g
・桜パウダー 5g
・レモン汁 小さじ2
・粉ゼラチン 8g
・お湯 30ml
◎ゼリー
・グラニュー糖 20g
・水 30ml/120ml
・ゼラチン 4g
・桜リキュール 20ml
・桜の塩漬け 適量
【ingredients】
◎ Rare cheesecake
・ 70g Biscuits
・ 30g Unsalted butter
・ 200g Cream cheese
・ 200g Fresh cream
・ 40g Granulated sugar
・ 5g Sakura powder
・ 2 tsp Lemon juice
・ 8g Powdered gelatin
・ 30ml Hot water
◎ Jelly
・ 20g Granulated sugar
・ 30ml / 120ml Water
・ 4g Powdered Gelatin
・ 20ml Sakura liqueur
・ Salted cherry blossoms
