In this video I show how to sew using the Seminole technique. I show the example of two different options that are sewn according to the same principle. It is based on strips stitched together, which are cut and stitched with a shift relative to each other. By understanding this principle, you can create a wide variety of patterns. Also, the Seminole technique makes very beautiful borders for patchwork quilts.
For the pillows I used Peppy quilting fabrics. The Leonardo online store has a very large selection of all kinds of colors. I used plain colors from the "Colors of Life" series. From these sets I sewed 2 pillows and will be enough for several others. At the store, Leonardo also bought herself additional materials for patchwork sewing from Gamma. The cutting knife is very convenient and perfectly cuts several layers of fabric. Loved the patchwork pins and the metal edge ruler.
