300gr daging ayam bagian dada (13.200)
4 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
6 siung bawang putih
6 siung bawang merah
4 butir kemiri
1 sdt merica butir
1/2 sdm ketumbar bubuk
100ml minyak goreng (1500)
2 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk (1000)
1/2 sdm garam
1 sdt micin
2 sdm gula merah (500)
2 batang sereh
4 lembar daun salam
4 lembar daun jeruk
100gr kecap manis (2000)
2 batang daun bawang iris (1000)
1000ml air + 500ml air
15 sterofoam kecil (3750)
Gas+Saus+bumbu (5000)
Modal -+ Rp 49.450 jadi 15 porsi.
Modal per porsi= 49.450 : 15 = 3296
Jika dijual 5000, omset= 5000x15 = 75.000
Untung= Omset - modal
= 75.000 - 49.450

12 mangkok sterofoam bulat (3600)
12 sendok plastik bebek (1200)
2 sdm bawang merah goreng/toping (1000)
Sambal:
10 cabe rawit merah (1000)
1/4 sdt garam
seujung sdt micin
30ml air
Modal -+ Rp 35.890 jadi 12 porsi.
Modal per porsi= 35.890 : 12= Rp. 2990
Jika dijual Rp.5000/porsi, omset= 5000x12 = 60.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 60.000 - 35.890
= 24.110
