In this video I share a week of running as it starts to really sink in that I’ll be running my first ultra in 2025 in a few short weeks. Come along for my speed workout, weekday trail run, base runs and my longest long run in a long time! This was a great week of running for me which left me feeling super motivated and ready to conquer the next few weeks and my race.
I think moving forward I might make some separate videos related to my training- like a strength training specific video or a nutrition/fueling video, and perhaps even sharing a long run so as usual- let me know your thoughts in the comments down below!
