經歷前期的疼痛、昏沉與內心躁動後,當下重點是覺知呼吸。 呼吸雖與生俱來,日常卻難被察覺,因心太粗,刻意加重呼吸雖能使之明顯,但非長久之計,心靜才是呼吸顯現的前提。 可借兒時躲媽媽、想像躲避危險等情境,讓心沉靜,還可通過與 “蚊子來襲” 假想遊戲,鍛鍊在放鬆狀態下保持警覺,如此呼吸易現。 呼吸出現後,多數人易胡思亂想,此時需數呼吸,不控其長短深淺,感受呼吸從風、喘至吸的變化,體驗 “吸” 帶來的喜悅,隨時隨地皆可練習。 After going through initial challenges like pain, drowsiness, and inner restlessness, the focus now is on cultivating breathing awareness. Breathing, though inherent, often goes unnoticed in daily life due to a restless mind. While deliberately deepening the breath can make it more noticeable, it’s not a sustainable approach—calming the mind is the key to perceiving the breath.Using scenarios like hiding from a parent in childhood or imagining avoiding danger can help the mind settle. Another exercise is the “mosquito attack” game, which trains one to remain alert while staying relaxed, thereby making the breath more apparent. Once the breath becomes noticeable, distractions often arise. At this stage, counting breaths is essential—not controlling their length or depth but simply observing the transition from wind-like breaths to deeper, calmer inhalations. This practice allows one to experience the joy of "breathing in" and can be practiced anytime, anywhere.
