Day 6! This full-body workout focuses on strengthening your side glutes, obliques, inner thighs, upper body, arms, upper back, and core! We start with an ab set using the ball, then move into side glutes and oblique exercises, and finish with tricep and regular push-ups. This workout uses a pilates ball. It is suitable for all levels.
