These guidelines aren’t about strict rules or adding more pressure to your life. Instead, they act as boundaries or values that guide your decisions, helping you live more intentionally. They make it easier to focus on what brings you joy, clarity, and balance, especially when things start to feel overwhelming. In this video, I’m sharing 20 minimalist rules that I personally follow. These aren’t rigid instructions, and they’re certainly not one-size-fits-all. Many of them have been part of my life for years and now feel completely natural, more like habits or ways of thinking than something I need to force myself to remember.
