1 Tbs oil
1/4 cup green chillies
1 cup chickpeas
1 cup cauliflower
2 cups spinach
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic (1 heaping tsp)
1 Tbs Garam Masala
1/2 cup coconut milk
Dash of Cayenne (to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook until chickpeas are tender.
