Day 1
Beef and Broccoli-
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 TBS minced garlic
1 cup beef broth
beef of your choice
Day 3
Manicotti-
jar of sauce
1/3 of the jar with water
manicotti shells
16 ounces ricotta cheese
2 TBS parm cheese
italian seasoning
garlic powder
salt n pepper to taste
3 ounces of mozzarella cheese for filling
1 egg
5 ounces of mozzarella cheese for topping
Day 5
baked beans-
2 cans of pork and beans
hamburger meat
onions and peppers diced if you want
1 TBS ketchup
1 TBS mustard
2 TBS BBQ sauce
1/2 Cup brown sugar
salt n pepper to taste
garlic powder
bacon pieces
Day 6
Philly Cheesesteak Pasta-
8 ounces of pasta
hamburger meat
4 ounces of cream cheese
6 ounces of Provolone cheese
2 cups of beef broth
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of water
minced garlic
diced peppers and onions
