We’re back with the crew clearing roads for a housing development hit hard by Hurricane Helene. There’s a tree down every few feet, so it’s been slow going, but we’re pushing through. We meet up with an HOA board member who’s got notes from homeowners wanting us to start working on their personal properties, and later I ride around with the HOA President to get his take on our progress and talk pricing for cleaning out the lake.
After seeing the scope of work, it’s clear we aren’t making progress fast enough to be profitable. Back with the crew, we make a game plan to speed things up and shift our focus to homeowner requests once we wrap up these roads. Stay tuned as we try to turn this around and keep things moving!
