Just a quick video showing how to fix a 2004 Toyota Tundra with power door locks that are not working correctly. The passenger side wouldn't lock or unlock with the key fob or with either door switch/buttons. I was able to remove the door panel and replace only the door lock actuator. You don't need to replace the entire door lock/latch assembly, but you need to take it out in order to change the actuator. I bought a cheap replacement on amazon because the Toyota Brand was much more expensive. I will update the video description if it fails again soon or stops working, but so far it is working perfectly. This took me about an hour.
***The protective plastic was removed and thrown away when I got the window replaced several years ago. It's pretty easy to peel it back for access and then just press it back onto the black sticky stuff once you're done.***
