Installing JBA Ceramic Coated Stainless Steel Headers on a 2005 GMC Yukon – and yes, this is my second go at a DIY install video! If you’ve got a GMC or Chevy truck from 1999-2006, this guide should help you tackle the job with some laughs along the way.
I'll walk you through the entire process, from removing the stock manifolds to bolting up these JBA headers. Expect some struggles, a few “why won’t this come off?” moments, and looking up plenty of solid info out there to help you do it yourself.
Why upgrade to JBA headers?
🔥 Better exhaust flow = More power
🔥 Ceramic coating helps keep temps down
🔥 That deep, throaty sound we all love
🔥 Better MPG and throttle response
If you're working on a Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Tahoe, or Yukon, this install should be pretty similar. Hope this helps—drop a comment if you have any questions (or if you just want to give me a hard time about my 2nd DIY video).
