The customer had his 2007 Corolla towed in from a body shop that said all they did was paint the vehicle. Once it arrived we found the back seat torn out with the fuel pump unplugged, a "new" starter installed and all the ECM covers removed.
After the parts cannon was fired the vehicle needed an accurate diagnosis. Let's see what we can find and what happened to this vehicle that ran before it got a new coat of paint.
