The seat and riding position is surprisingly comfortable, with a reasonable reach to the bars allied with high foot pegs that provide an acceptable knee bend for an older rider, allowing body positioning and weight transfer to take place easily. Turning into corners and within them are where this bike shines. It's nimble handling makes it a joy in the twisties. The R6 was born on the racetrack.
