I am lucky to be one of the first people to review the brand new Range Rover Velar, the new model in the JLR line up. Stunning looks on the outside and superb touchscreen technology on the inside. Could this be the best Range Rover yet ? In this video I drive the 3.0L diesel HSE R Dynamic, a beautiful example of the Velar that is fully loaded.
