Parannoul(파란노을)是來自南韓首爾的匿名創作者，2021 年 2 月他將專輯《To See the Next Part of the Dream 》上傳至音樂平台bandcamp，在沒有任何宣傳的情況下，他的作品被樂迷瘋狂轉發，並獲得音樂媒體 Pitchfork 8.0 分（滿分為10分，該網站 7 分以上為高分）。Parannoul 韓文意思為「藍色日落」，《To See the Next Part of the Dream 》是一張集合lo-fi、shoesgaze、emo 風格的專輯，受到電影《青春電幻物語》啟發，講述「青春期熱愛音樂，也為此抑鬱的自己」整張專輯透過VST與一台舊三星手機錄製而成。
Parannoul is an amateur artist from South Korea, who has been making music since 2016.
His 2nd album 'To See the Next Part of the Dream' has become famous through Pitchfork and RateYourMusic.
