保存武陣文化的臺灣第一香，由臺南西港慶安宮主辦、96 個村庄協力參與的「西港刈香」，是每 3 年舉辦一次的香科活動，迄今已有超過 200 年的歷史，因盛大的祭典、豐富多元的庄頭陣，而有「臺灣第一香」的美譽，也是文化部登錄的重要民俗。
Saikang's Koah-hiun is held every three years by Cing An Temple in Tainan. Not only does the event involve 96 villages, but it also has a two-hundred-year history. Due to its grand ceremony and the various formations performed by different villages, it is considered to be the biggest Koah-hiun event in Taiwan. Thus, the Ministry of Culture has officially registered this event as an important national folk event.
This year, three battle array teams will perform during the National Day celebration: The golden lion battle array of Xing-An temple and Guang Tzu Temple, the white crane battle array of Bao An Temple. Each team performs a specific duty in the folk event.
