Where to change and see shortcuts (Edit - Keyboard Shortcuts)
Cntrl + click - Expand layers
Control or shift when adjusting parameters to move by .1 or 10
Collapsable panels: right click - solo panels in stack
General keyframe shortcuts:
Alt + P = add/delete position keyframe at current time
Alt + S = add/delete scale keyframe at current time
Alt + R = add/delete rotation keyframe at current time
Alt + T = add/delete opacity keyframe at current time
U = show all animated properties on a layer
F9 = easy ease keyframes
Cntrl + arrow = move 1 frame right/left
Cntrl + shift + arrow = move 10 frames right/left
Alt + C = center anchor point in layer content
Y = move anchor point on a layer
Alt + x = center layer in view
Alt + z = reset
Alt + click and drag to condense / expand keyframes uniformly
Timeline things:
Alt + brackets will trim the layer to playhead from either side
B = beginning
N = end
Alt + h = trim comp to work area
Shift + F = fit up to 100%
Alt + n = new null object
Alt + a = new adjustment layer
Alt + W = new solid
Shift + Alt + W = Layer Settings
Formatting:
Cntrl + R = toggle show rulers
Cntrl + ; = toggle show guides
Alt + ~ = show/hide proportional grid
Cntrl + alt + ~ = edit grids/guides
Shapes:
Shift + Alt + S = new shape layer
Alt + click to turn fill / stroke on / off / change settings
Animation shortcuts:
Alt click stopwatch - loop(out) or loop(in) = Loop anything
Time remapping - loop out
Can also do this from the menu - interpret
Pre-comp - duplicate the precomp - replace with file by alt + click and drag new asset
Alt +1 = Reveal comp in project
Alt +2 = Reveal layer source in project
