Today we replace a 2023 Nissan Leaf Type 2 charge port due to a broken connector pin. The customer brought in his 2023 Nissan Leaf and stated that even though it was under warranty the Nissan dealership wouldn’t cover it due to it being “user error”. The customer said he’s never aggressively plugged in his J1772.
