空に掛かる虹のように、倭奏の祭唄が季節を・地域を超えて響き渡る。
時空を超えて紡ぐドキュメンタリーとして表現。
万年単位でそこに存在する北海道の大地、育み続けた人間との歴史。
そこに住む人々が地域を愛し、心躍らせる祭り。
時＝季節、空＝場所を超えて交錯し、人を惹き付け光を放ち続ける北海道の魅力を、祭囃子と映像の力でお伝えします。

Like a rainbow hanging in the sky, the festival songs of ”WAKKA" resonate across seasons and regions.
Expressed as a documentary that weaves together through time and space.
The land of Hokkaido that has existed for tens of thousands of years, and the history of the people who have continued to nurture it.
The people who live there love their community, and hold festivals that make their hearts dance.
Through the power of festival music and video, we will convey the charm of Hokkaido, which continues to shine and attract people, intersecting beyond time = season and sky = place.
