The 2nd-generation Volvo XC90 has been in our market for a good long while now, being the very first plug-in hybrid to be locally-assembled at the Volvo plant in Shah Alam. Since then it's seen some minor aesthetic revisions but more sizable updates under the skin, which Volvo says is enough to keep the XC90 humming along against updated, newer rivals like the Mercedes-Benz GLE and BMW X5.
