The problem for some of us is that we are experiencing old historic memories returning to our awareness and we don't like that those emotions and memories are back. What if those memories are not back to be regurgitated but to offer some alchemical elements into the future reality that you are craving? Imagine a tracker beam moving you toward your craved future. Place those disturbing memories in a part of your field and open up to what happens. My experience was that there were alchemical elements that lifted out of the 'memory' and moved over into my tracker beam to my craved future. I am trusting that the larger etheric forces, my guides and Creation, knew what alchemical elements were needed for my future. Afterwards, the 'memory' no longer had a charge on it.
