Potato Soup -
4-5 large russet potatoes, cut into cubes.
6 cups chicken broth
Half stick of butter
1tbs Onion powder
1tbs minced garlic
Salt and pepper
Place potatoes, chicken broth, butter and seasonings in crock pot on high for 6 hours.
*Last hour*
Add about a cup of half and half or heavy cream along with 1tbs cornstarch mixed with 2-3 tbs water. I like to blend my potatoes up a little as well.
When serving, I like to top with bacon bits and shredded cheese. Sometimes sour cream :)
